Postage and packaging is included in the painting price (EXCLUDING COMMISSION BASED WORK) shipping world wide and will be sent securely packaged via the best available secured option. In the unlikely event the package arrives damaged a full refund will be given, or the painting will be replaced, which ever the customer prefers

If the customer receives a purchased item and is not fully satisfied, return or exchange can be arranged 14 days after receipt of item. A full refund will be issued (less shipping charges) providing the painting is returned in its original condition.
